Job description

We are looking for ambitious people to join our tutoring team on the West Island. Qualified Tutors will be responsible for strengthening our students' academic performance. The main responsibilities are as follows:

•  Preparing lesson plans that meet our students' needs
•  On occasions, working closely with the students' school teachers
•  Conducting regular assessments of the students and monitoring their performance
•  Writing student assessment reports

Tutors will be required to go to their students' homes for tutoring.

Duration and required number of hours

•  Tutors are expected to work until the end of June.
•  Working in July and August is also possible.
•  Minimum 4 hours of tutoring per week is required.

Qualifications and Requirements

•  Must have access to a car
•  Possess a valid Canadian work permit
•  Have tutoring or teaching experience
•  Outstanding academic performance
•  Feel rewarded by helping others
•  Great sense of responsibility
•  Professional and reliable
•  Patience, good communication skills, and creativity
•  Detail oriented
•  Take initiative
•  Very organized
