Liberty Tutoring was founded with the mission to give students an everlasting sense of achievement and lead them towards becoming independent learners. The original company, PDK Tutoring, was established in 2004 by two individuals who wanted to make a difference in students' lives. The company changed its name to Liberty Tutoring in 2009 to better represent its true identity and mission.
To date, Liberty Tutoring has moved successfully towards achieving its vision and has been able to establish itself as a pioneer in 1-on-1 tutoring. Liberty’s pioneering methods have contributed to a growing list of satisfied parents. Their satisfaction has led to referrals from both private and public schools on the West Island and in Westmount.

The guidance and opinions expressed by teachers and school counselors are invaluable to us. Whenever possible, we take advantage of the resources available within your child’s institution to help develop private lesson plans in accordance with your child’s school curriculum.
At the same time, we hire tutors who are passionate about teaching – especially in 1-on-1 environments. Not only are our tutors knowledgeable in the subjects they teach, they are also skilled at carefully assessing their students and transferring their knowledge in the most useful and beneficial way. Just like any good mentor should.
